First Contact with the autochthones...
We arrived at St Petersburg
at 6 o'clock in the morning, and we discovered the Real Russian... drinking
vodka or beer in the street before going to work... or some old woman
selling clothes outside of the subway... but of course we discover the huge
building built under Peter the Great or some trace of the Soviet period...
...with are sometime quite expensive to take in picture... :-p
Gaylord was a good guide for the
sight seeing of St Petersburg... and he made a good speech in the Russian
TV... about the war in Iraq and the reconstruction... We haven't the video
yet but sure we will have it in a rear future...
